#1. Pizza Vesuvio

A great pizza filled with escarole, typical of the Christmas time. Numerous versions of this amazing recipe are available, but the most common previews a filling of escarole cooked with anchovies, capers and olives, that gives a strong touch to the delicate bread paste.
